What conditions to create
a company in Principality?
For the ceation of your limited company (S.L. Societat
Limitada, equivalent S.A.R.L.) it will be necessary to hold
account of the following elements:
• Corporate name : The corporate name (denomination) which you chose will be
subjected to the acceptance of the supervising authority of the
companies.
• Registered office : The registered office of your company must imperatively be
located in Principality of Andorra.
• Social Object : It must be given so that the company can exert as much as
possible all the activities present and future.
• Authorized capital : The authorized capital is 3.050 € minimum and 30.490 € maximum.
The capital can be deposited in cash (if is the case at the
beginning of France, not to omit to respect the declaratory obligation
rising from article 1649 of the C.G.I., for any physical transfer
whose amount is equal or higher than 7.622 €).
• Social Shares : Minimum 2 associated and maximum 10 associated. The
holders of shares can be persons or entities.
